Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a world-class Sales Operations Manager that will be responsible for managing the operations of the mining sales organization. In this role you will be responsible for solving complex operational problems to help our teams work more efficiently and effectively by optimizing the tools that are currently used, the design and automation of processes, the optimization of the sales strategies and the design of accurate forecasts and pipeline progression models and reports for sales management transparency. This role will be an individual contributor role with management opportunities as our organization scales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and document the sales strategy: you will be the right hand to our Blockstream Mining SVP Global Head of Sales & Business Development and help him develop and optimize the optimal sales strategy for each of our markets
- Support development of, and ensure compliance with, sales processes and policies subject matter expert on all sales processes
- Help coordinate and document sales commission plan with key internal stakeholders
- Help motivate the team with sales pipeline KPIs, goals, and analytics that promote revenue growth
- Architect and manage ongoing updates to our Salesforce instance and Sales Operation processes
- Develop and manage sales On/Off Boarding process
- Advocate and lead CRM tool implementation and utilization for the sales organization
- Partner with the sales organization to provide training, Salesforce.com help and be a subject matter expert on all sales processes
- Manage the ASIC manufactures and broker channels to create miner supply chain transparency
- Review and facilitate improved contract commercials for new and existing Blockstream mining products
- Assist with customer quoting, invoicing and receivables
- Ensure opportunity margin requirements are being adhered to
- Partner with our Sales leadership to deliver ad-hoc reporting
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in sales operations, operations, or project management
- Salesforce administration experience is a must
- Experience with managing contracting processes, proposal creation, and internal reporting
- Commitment to excellence and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on relationship building and teamwork
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort in a fast-paced, start-up environment with an eye for building sustainable processes at scale
