Web3 Senior Designer

Who we are 

We are one of the leading decentralized crypto exchanges designed to revolutionize the trading experience. Our platform combines outstanding trading volume with robust security and transparency, offering users access to cryptocurrency trading.

We need a skilled designer with strong UI/UX skills, and a love for product metrics, who enjoys working remotely. Interest in the crypto/DeFi space is essential.

Skills and Requirements

1. 5 years as a full-time UX/UI designer
2. Proficient in Figma
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in explaining design decisions.
4. Portfolio showcasing a range of user interface, visual, and interaction design work
5. Understanding of trading platforms or crypto exchanges is a big plus
6. Be comfortable with practical, imperfect solutions when necessary
   
   

Responsibilities

1. Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics
2. Manage the design system to simplify decisions
3. Collaborate with non-design stakeholders, including project managers, engineers and support
4. Create wireframes to test hypotheses
