About the Team:

The Finance function at OKCoin is responsible for accounting, tax, treasury, platform operations, customer support assistance, financial reporting, cost management, and financial infrastructure support to drive the overall growth of the business.

About the Opportunity:

The successful candidate will have prior FP&A experience. You will work directly with the Global Head of Finance and partner with all functional areas to manage financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, product margin analysis, and other misc management reporting . Should feel comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, initiate changes and improvements to our accounts payable functions with the end goal of providing excellent support to all the functional teams across the Company.

You must also have strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll drive results and significantly grow and improve on our payments operations capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Consolidate and report against business performance metrics, on both accrual and cash bases.
• Provide timely and insightful analysis of financial results/statements.
• Budget formation, forecasting and analysis across business units and departments.
• Decision support on developing and delivering on product strategies.
• Provide fact-based recommendations using internal & external data, analytical tools, understanding of the product transaction cycle and market dynamics to improve day-to-day decisions in the best interest of brand health and profitability.
• Partner to the business teams to prepare and present monthly reporting package(s) across the different product dimensions.
• Identify and communicate financial and operations risks / opportunities to senior leadership.
• Identify, create and drive adoption of reporting analytics inclusive of financial and business KPIs.

What We Look For In You:

• BS or BA in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• 4-6 years of direct, relevant experience in FP&A and/or core finance areas preferred.
• Strong process and internal control orientation.
• Proven reporting system, database and data agility.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, modeling.
• Development and presentation of financial tools, techniques and information that aid and improve the day to day decisions.
• Experience with Performance Reporting & Business Planning.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) and detail orientation.
• True team player and self-starter with a keen sense of urgency, who likes to see the big picture and focuses on details.
• Action orientation; Ability to multi-task and take accountability (i.e., knows when to ask for guidance/coaching when needed).
• Willingness and ability to grow with a fast-growing organization.

• Experience working across time zones and cross cultural teams
• Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
