About the Role

10Bet is looking for a highly experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition efforts across multiple markets and products. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who understands how to build, optimize, and scale profitable acquisition across every major performance marketing channel.

The ideal candidate is highly focused on growth, understands the online gaming industry, and knows how to analyze competitors, identify opportunities, and outperform them through superior execution.

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

• Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual media budgets.

• Strong experience in online gaming, sportsbook, casino, betting, fintech, or another highly competitive digital industry.

• Proven success scaling customer acquisition profitably.

• Deep understanding of: Google Ads, Meta Ads. App marketing, Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.) Attribution, Retargeting, Analytics, CRO

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL is a significant advantage.

• Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambitious growth targets.

Advantage:

• South African online betting experience - knowledge of the South African online betting market - including local player behavior, payment methods, mobile/app distribution dynamics, and the competitive landscape.

• Familiarity with gambling ad compliance - Google/Meta certification, 18+ age-gating, geo- targeting, and responsible gambling messaging

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy for key acquisition channels.

• Plan, launch, optimize and scale campaigns across: Programmatic Display, DSPs, Native Advertising, Retargeting platforms, Apple Search Ads, and oher emerging acquisition channels.

• Manage app acquisition campaigns and optimize toward high-quality first-time depositors and long-term player value.

• Build sophisticated attribution and measurement frameworks using MMPs, analytics platforms, and BI tools.

• Continuously improve CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, and overall marketing efficiency.

• Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels.

• Work closely with CRM, Product, BI, Design, and Content teams to maximize conversion throughout the player lifecycle.

• Manage relationships with media partners, agencies, and technology vendors.

• Monitor industry trends and identify new growth opportunities before competitors.

Competitive Intelligence:

One of the core responsibilities of this role is competitive analysis and market intelligence. The successful candidate should be able to:

• Deconstruct competitor strategies.

• Understand where competitors acquire their traffic.

• Analyze their acquisition funnels, landing pages, creatives, offers, bonuses, app strategies, messaging, and user journeys.

• Identify what is working, why it works, and where opportunities exist.

• Build superior acquisition strategies based on these insights rather than simply copying competitors.

• Continuously monitor competitor activity and recommend actionable improvements.
