Your responsibilities:

• Own Nexo's brand strategy & execution
• Lead a team of marketing specialists & creative professionals
• Work with all internal teams to implement а brand vision across the company
• Work with the world's best creative agencies
• Collaborate with artists, athletes, celebrities & influencers to elevate Nexo's brand in today's modern culture
• Partner with popular organisations, sports & cultural events.
• Scale the brand. Make sure all parties are enabled to create and ship things that add value to Nexo's positioning
• Measure brand awareness and perception and shape Nexo's future marketing & product initiatives
• Manage a significant marketing budget

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Highly responsive and proactive professional with ability to build and lead teams.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Marketing with a strong focus on Brand Building & Strategy
• Experience working on global brands and developing strategies/work for multiple regions or markets
• A builder. You're biased toward action, a great collaborator, and master simplifier. You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery.
• A provocative thinker, who's not scared to question the status quo and push thinking in new directions.
