What You Will Be Doing:

• Build the Brand & Creative area within Nexo’s Marketing Team
• Manage and track campaign budgets across external agencies and internal teams
• Ensure successful delivery for key brand awareness metrics
• Work with and source external parties in order to drive brand awareness
• Manage global collaboration for campaigns with regional marketing counterparts
• Own brand strategy & planning
• Own the brand marketing budget
• Lead a team of brand marketing specialists & creative professionals
• Hire top talent for the org

What We Look For:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Marketing with strong focus on Brand Building & Strategy
• Experience working on global brands and developing strategies/work for multiple regions or markets
• Highly responsive and proactive professional with ability to lead a team.
• Strong communication skills including fluent spoken and written english
• Master storyteller — You can craft a compelling narrative across different channels. You know how to match the message to the medium.
• A builder. You're biased toward action, a great collaborator and master simplifier. You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery.
• Experience managing large Marketing budgets
• Experience with TV, Radio, OOH & Event Advertising
• Experience composing inspiring and innovative creative and research briefs.
• Great knowledge of the crypto market
