About the Opportunity
As a Senior Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving overall (Cefi) growth via product strategy optimization, product operation or product innovation, specifically into Referral/Rewards or community aspects. As in a central function, you will also be cross-team working with data, product design, local markets to be aware of user needs and fulfill the product or localization gap.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Digest the overall growth data performance to generate insights and understand the gap.
- Shape/optimize the growth product strategy (Referral/Rewards, Community) from end-to-end based on your insights of users, competitors and the industry.
- Cross-team work with other functions to deliver product awareness to the end users in an agile approach.
- Focus on the low-hanging fruit and draft MVP proposals to evaluate growth ideas.
- Complete the product touch points via product and operation approaches.
What We Look For In You:
- Solid experience in growth, product growth, or growth product.
- Solid understanding of referral, rewards or community from growth perspective.
- Experience in building and marketing products from end to end with stakeholders.
- Knowledge or experience in the crypto industry, particularly in crypto trading.
- Ability to set clear experimental design or AB testing in an agile approach.
- Ability to do statistical analysis and translate insights into clear and actionable plans.
- High levels of curiosity and eager enthusiasm for open-ended problems.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Nice to have:
- SQL skillsets
- Experience in a start-up & fast paced environment
