- Responsible for the product design and execution of the industry-leading compliance data platform.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including compliance and legal teams, to ensure that our product meets all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to bring product requirements to market.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
- Solid years of experience in product design and management, with a focus on data platforms, reporting tools, and internal dashboards.
- Strong technical background and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's or above degree.
- Proven track record of successfully data platform projects from conception to delivery, with a focus on scalability and data integrity.
- Deep understanding of the crypto industry and regulatory compliance, including experience with license regulatory reporting, is a plus.
- Mandarin Bilingual.
