Ripple is hiring a Web3 Senior Recruiter (non-tech)
Compensation: $36k - $63k estimated
Location: CA San Francisco, California, United States
We're looking for a full-lifecycle Senior Recruiter to join our inclusive Recruiting Organization at Ripple. You will own the recruiting process from sourcing to screening through the offer stage, while working closely with Executives, Recruiting Operations, People (HR), hiring managers and the overall leadership team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own the recruiting process from sourcing to delivering offers for multiple non-technical and corporate positions across the company
- Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand and meet their hiring needs through a strategic consultative approach
- Create a consistent reporting strategy using multiple data sources and cross-functional partners
- Own and drive the intake meeting, interview team kick-off & debrief process for candidates
- Develop strategies in partnership with leaders and hiring managers to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives
- Employ “out-of-the-box” strategies to attract crypto and blockchain talent
- Ensure each candidates has a great candidate experience, keeping candidates informed and well-prepared throughout the entire process
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years experience in full life-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles
- Strong sourcing skills with a proven track record of turning passive candidates into hires
- Experience leveraging niche channels to generate candidates, with an eye towards diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced collaborative environment and can deal with ambiguity
- Experience using the tools of the trade: ATS systems (i.e. Greenhouse), LinkedIn, Gem, Canvas, leveraging social media
- Develops, researches and identifies prospective talent providing a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Acts as a strategic partner to Senior Leaders and hiring managers for reporting on recruiting progress, and providing solutions to any blockers.
- Defines, refines, executes and communicates search strategies.
- Acts as an expert in assigned regions, line of businesses, functions and technologies.
- Analyzes industry, product and geographical trends in talent.
- Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
- Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Documents and evaluates recruiting and candidate interview process.
- Negotiates and/or supports hiring managers in developing new hire compensation packages/offers.
- Manages tools, resources and technologies in identifying talent.
- May work with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives when conducting employment advertising campaigns.
- May develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.
- May also assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys.
