Kraken is looking for an exceptional Recruiter to support hiring for our Product domains. This role will require extreme ability to navigate complex situations, an uncompromising high bar for performance and extreme ownership in how you approach your work. We are open to individuals with a track record of delivering Product talent in similar organizations and given the complexity of the role, experience in leading teams or tough stakeholders can be beneficial. You’ll operate in a fully remote, high agency, async-native culture where speed, precision and focus aren’t optional, - they are the baseline. For the right individual, we are also open to flexing the seniority and compensation for this role.

The opportunity
Design and execute merit-first and scalable recruitment processes across one of the most critical and competitive function at Kraken
Partner with Hiring Managers and Product teams to drive end-to-end campaigns, supporting their decision making with sound data and market insights
Act as a force of change - navigate complex environments, force uncomfortable conversations, act relentlessly in the interest of Kraken
Operate as a problem solver and force multiplier by removing blockers and delivering high-value hires
Contribute to cross-functional projects that elevate our global recruiting infrastructure and help define what “great” looks like.
Skills you should HODL
Exceptional track record in reputable, fast-growing, high bar technology/product businesses against ruthless competition. Bonus points if you’ve hacked it in crypto, fintech or any product-driven org
High motor - you bring relentless energy and consistent effort to everything you do. You don’t coast, you’re always in motion and making things happen.

Strong product sense
Sound appreciation for the fundamentals of talent acquisition, but creative and inquisitive when considering modern tactics

Comfort in the chaos, thriving in ambiguity, owning your outcomes, and moving with urgency in a fully async, remote-native setting
Interest for financial technologies and cryptocurrency
