Web3 Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Engineering)

Compensation: $144k - $176k

The Role

We are looking for an empathetic, driven, and mission-aligned Senior Technical Recruiter to help us grow a world-class team. We are seeking an individual who cares about people and enjoys identifying, connecting with, and hiring candidates from diverse backgrounds. You must be a self-starter, comfortable managing hard to fill roles and work well independently.
You will be developing and executing engineering search strategies, building key stakeholder relationships, and developing strategic candidate outreach while working with a curious, kind, and passionate team.

What you'll do

  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for multiple senior open positions
  • Identify, source, and engage technical talent to grow our team through creative and diverse multi-channel methods
  • Integrate and implement drip campaigns across roles
  • Collaborate to design, implement and execute a compelling recruitment & sourcing strategy to increase recruiting’s efficiency
  • Develop strong hiring manager partnerships and empower them to make informed hiring decisions
  • Creatively iterate to improve our processes across recruiting, we are a collaborative team, let’s keep improving!
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and provide recommendations for improving talent strategies based on data
  • Consultative approach with senior stakeholders to shape and implement diversity recruitment strategy in a fast-paced, high-touch & high-tech environment
  • Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our interview process and ensure the best candidate experience

Who you are

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience, ideally with a fast-growing start-up or technical search firm
  • You’re an exceptional researcher - you love to dig in and find hard to find information (& people)!
  • Strong history of collaborating inclusively with hiring managers and interviewers to design processes that attract candidates from underrepresented backgrounds
  • You thrive in a data-driven recruiting process
  • Working knowledge of ATS systems and pipeline metrics (Lever)
  • In-house experience preferred
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills, strong time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize
  • Great judgment and a history of working with highly confidential information

Salary Ranges for this position (depending upon experience) is$144,000 - $176,000
