Responsibilities

Develop and optimize advanced Boolean search strings for pinpointing top talent, and train recruiters on leveraging these techniques. Refine Boolean algorithms to improve sourcing strategies and tap into passive candidate pools effectively. Partner with hiring managers to grasp the specifics of required roles and ideal candidate profiles. Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates to meet future hiring needs. Leverage employee referral programs to effectively utilize existing networks for talent sourcing.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes:

Applicant and Referral Management: Utilize our internal ATS to screen direct applicants and referrals. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Look for and hire the top professionals in financial services and crypto wealth management. Use methods like direct messaging, networking, asking for referrals, and posting on social media. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with our own FalconX team, including hiring managers, interviewers, and top executives. Find out their requirements for new employees and develop plans to recruit the best talent in the field. This includes kick-offs, calibration exercises, sharing data and market research, process improvements, and more. Candidate Experience: Act as a guide to your candidates throughout their FalconX hiring process to ensure they receive the most positive candidate experience regardless if an offer is extended. This includes recruiting screens, prep calls, negotiation calls, and routine updates via email and text. Interview and evaluate candidates thoroughly: Ensure their skills and qualifications meet the company's needs. Confirm they align with the company's culture and objectives. Hiring and Negotiation: Manage candidate offers including extending job offers, negotiating terms and compensation packages, and facilitating smooth transitions for new hires.

Employer Branding: Work with the Talent Acquisition team, People Operations leaders, and our marketing team to create a top of class employer brand. Market Research and Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement. Compliance and Best Practices: Where applicable, ensure compliance with any and all relevant employment laws and regulations. Outside of all relevant employment laws and regulations, adhere to FalconX’s best practices and processes.

Required Experience -

No less than 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, specifically at least 2+ years in the financial services sector Someone who has hired for both technical and non-technical roles throughout their career A generalist: someone who has hired high strategy, niche, low-volume roles and high-volume roles Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market. Deep knowledge of financial services industry trends, dynamics, and talent landscape. Experience using structured hiring and skills based assessments to drive your decision making. Work closely with team members to create strategies, share performance metrics and data, and communicate effectively during difficult discussions. Passion for digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and/or web3 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools - particularly beneficial if you’ve used: Greenhouse, BrightHire, and/or Gem. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

Nice to Have Experience -

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or other relevant course A focus on crypto wealth management is preferred Experience at a high-growth start-up or a high-volume agency Professional certifications in recruitment or HR management (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred

Compensation: This is a full-time position with an expected annual compensation of $110,000.00 - $145,000. The actual compensation for a successful candidate may vary based on factors such as skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.  This position also offers other forms of compensation and benefits consisting of overtime compensation (when applicable), relocation assistance (if applicable), performance-linked bonus, paid time off (including sick time) benefits, paid Company holidays, participation in the Company’s equity and 401k retirement plan, competitive employee health, dental, and vision benefits each subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents and Company policies.
