If you're excited about working on big, meaningful problems with a world-class team, you're in the right place.Job Title Recruiting Coordinator (Contract, Part-Time) Location Remote; Or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 1 day/week in office) Employment Type Contract, Part-Time (20 hours/week) Duration 6 months, with potential for extension About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team on a contract, part-time basis. You’ll play a key role in facilitating a seamless hiring experience across teams, ensuring interviews are scheduled efficiently and candidates are treated with care and professionalism. This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule — team members are expected to work 1 day/week from the office. What You’ll Do

Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite) across multiple time zones and teams Manage calendars, room bookings, and communications for candidate and interviewer logistics Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and hiring managers Support onsite candidate experience (greeting, setup, materials) Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to keep processes running smoothly Contribute to recruiting-related projects and help identify areas for process improvement

What We’re Looking For

1+ years in a recruiting coordination, administrative, or HR support role Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) Experience using ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and available for hybrid in-office work 3x/week Web3 experience is a plus

  Nice to Have

Experience supporting hybrid or in-person interview logistics Prior exposure to technical or startup recruiting teams Familiarity with recruiting and scheduling tools
