SO YOU WANT TO JOIN CANDY?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Sourcer to join the People team here at Candy. This Senior Technical Sourcer will focus on identifying, pursuing, and attracting world-class talent. We are looking for someone to take a market-search approach and build high-caliber engineering pipelines for positions across multiple regions within the engineering organization. In the role, you will be an expert on the candidate market for our Engineering function, with an emphasis on diverse candidate slates and pipelines. You will get the opportunity to help grow these teams and help them become more diverse at all levels. You will conduct research, work with candidates, develop talent pipelines, and manage a candidate database. Above all, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring Candy's most important asset - its people!

AS OUR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, YOU WILL...

  • Identify and engage passive talent; build an excellent applicant experience
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of high-quality, tech and games industry-specialist talent.
  • Screen resumes and interviews applicants to understand technical and cultural fit.
  • Update and monitor the applicant tracking system to ensure applicant progression is being tracked accordingly.
  • Regularly analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal partners.
  • Attend and participate in candidate reviews and team meetings as it relates to candidate hiring.
  • Maintain sourcing documentation and records.
  • Help to define, design, and implement a sourcing practice for the organization globally.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop detailed profiles of the target talent pool with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Experience recruiting technical roles in a high-growth start-up environment
  • Strong relationship building, client management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a penchant towards metrics
  • Strong attention to detail while operating with a sense of urgency
  • 8+ years of sourcing experience in house or with top tier agency or retained search firm
  • 4+ years of experience recruiting on software engineering, and other highly technical positions
  • You have experience partnering with hiring teams and hiring managers, including at the executive level
  • You use talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams
  • You have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough
  • You are driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work
  • You are a standout colleague and you strive for having phenomenal collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
  • You possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills
  • You are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews at Candy has an outstanding and positive experience
  • Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
  • You have recruiting ATS experience.
  • You have a start-up mentality with excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • You have ease presenting your work and explaining design decisions.
  • A love of sports, collectibles, blockchain & crypto, and/or collectibles!
