Web3 Strategy Product Manager, P2P

We are looking for a Strategy Product Manager to direct our P2P trading product development using data and analytics to assess product risk. You’ll transform ideas into strategy and product features, following agile development practices to deliver the final product from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be a data driven, keen sense of product risk and problem-solver with a passion for the crypto industry.  

Responsibilities:

• Plan and design risk monitoring and risk-related solutions for our P2P/C2C trading products
• Monitor product risks and collect feedback on our control system after product launch, whilst continuing to optimise the system
• Collect and analyse market data, risk indicators, feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams, consolidate them into requirements, features and end products
• Communicate with senior management with product plans and roadmaps
• Track and push development and testing progress
• Track and analyse key user metrics in order to form feedback loop to improve our products and services

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager, specifically skilled at discovering user demands through data analysis
• Passionate about the crypto and blockchain industry
• P2P e-commerce, Blockchain,  Finance experience is a plus
• Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in agile framework
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Working proficiency in English
