Talent Acquisition Intern (Singapore)

The People Team is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern in Singapore. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the Talent Acquisition function in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while working in a fast-paced and start-up environment.

What you will do:

• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening resumes of potential candidates using various online channels.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate timings for candidate-related activities.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Help develop and maintain the recruitment database and reports.
• Conduct market research on recruitment trends and best practices.
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

You should apply if:

• You are currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• You have prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required.
• You have a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture.
• You are a good problem solver and enjoy finding creative ways to source the right talent.
• You are highly goal-driven with excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• You are a team player, with open communication and interpersonal skills, who can collaborate effectively with team members.
• You have basic proficiency in Microsoft 365.
