What you’ll do

This role will be a 8 month maternity leave cover with an opportunity to extend, partnering with the P&T team to enhance the ability of Talent Acquisition’s delivery on strategic hiring objectives and programs. You will ensure the integrity of Talent Acquisition operations and activities globally through defining process and governance standards for the talent function. You will also partner with our talent branding team to define and execute on different projects to increase candidate experience.

Would be great if you brought this to the role

  • Work with Talent Leads to define the strategic direction and execution of the Talent Operations Roadmap to improve programs at scale globally.
  • Create the foundational infrastructure of processes, tools, systems, and frameworks to enable the talent team to optimize efficiency and scalable results globally.
  • Analyze data in order to identify, evaluate, and implement the systems and tools that help the talent team to achieve best results.
  • Work with the Talent leads to building reports and dashboards to measure recruiting performance. Develop weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting on our key performance metrics.
  • Assist with other talent projects such as employer branding, DEI recruiting initiatives.
  • Serve as the SME and vendor manager for all of our recruiting systems and tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral program, HackerRank, etc.)
  • Support the talent team by managing all operational aspects of recruiting and identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Identify ways to provide a best-in-class candidate experience and interview process across all points of the candidates lifecycle.
  • Reducing risk and protecting the company’s reputation and brand image by prioritizing regulatory compliance, data integrity, and audits in its recruiting practices.

Required experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or recruiting operations
  • To be able to work in an ever evolving environment.
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting processes, operations, and data management through greenhouse.
  • A passion for driving best practices for candidate experience
  • An understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and the needs of core users (candidates, recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, interviewers)
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and scaling environment; startup experience and building processes and systems to scale
