Tech Director - Blockchain

The Job

• Build, enhance and maintain new and existing functionality for oursmart contracts and engine integration.
• Set and maintain product(s) technical vision and technical roadmapfor our blockchain implementation.
• Identifying technical opportunities within the studio to innovate and / or become more efficient.
• Research and assessexisting and emergingtechnologies.
• Prototyping to support products, tools,and processes. 
• Consult with external technology providers.

• At least 10 years of experience.
• At least3years of blockchain developer experience.
• Expert programming skills, including Node.js, Typescript, Go, C++, AWS, Solidity
• Strong understanding of full stack development for games (Client & Server).
• Deep understanding of decentralized protocols,languages, and architectural design– andexperience with interop/DeFibridging process.
• Deep knowledge of common data structures and algorithmic solutions.
• Deep knowledge of software design practices including modular architecture, event-driven architecture, and software design patterns.
• Strong performance optimization experience
• Strong problem solving / debugging skills.
• Ability todefine,direct, and assessworkfor yourself and others.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Office365 and Google Suite proficiency.
• A mindsetofcontinuous improvement; humble and ambitious.
• Prior experience in a startup environment or small business.
• Adaptable,withagoodsense of humor.
