Web3 Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the team as a Technical Product Manager. The role will be focusing on design/build secure and reliable dApps on blockchain. This is a full-time position that can be remote from any location and timezone (APAC/EMEA preference).

Responsibilities

• Define overall product strategy and plan roadmaps to increase long-term competitiveness
• Lead and provide guidance to other product managers to deliver new features and updates 
• Lead core product innovations from research, development to deployment and marketing, including conducting market research, technical solution research, writing detailed product documentation, collaborating with designers and engineers, etc.
• Evaluate user and product feedback to enhance product strategy

Requirements

• A mix of technical and business background
• 3+ years of experience as a product manager, at least 1 year at a crypto company
• Deep business and technical understanding on market trends in cryptocurrencies and DeFi
• Background in any mathematics discipline is a strong plus
• Thorough understanding of how DeFi protocols work and their user bases
• Ability to work autonomously and make technical decisions independently 
• Good organization skills and ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders
