Responsibilities:

Trading desk:
• Oversee real-time execution of automated trading systems – including monitoring PNL, risk metrics, and system health (latency, memory, etc)
• Perform ad hoc analysis to troubleshoot/resolve issues (monitor logs, trade reconciliations, etc)
• Conduct research to fine-tune pricing algos & parameters to exceed SLAs and optimize performance
• Work with Senior Traders to develop expertise in crypto markets, algo trading, and risk management – from pre-trade to post-trade and settlement
• Contribute to the ongoing development, optimization, and management of trading architecture, models, signals, and analytics

Requirements:

• Several years of kdb+/q experience preferred
• Strong understanding of financial markets & trading – crypto knowledge a bonus
• Prior experience on a bank or hedge fund trading desk highly desired – trading/quant/research
• Attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure
• Ability to work well in a team in a constantly changing environment
