UI/UX Designer - Crypto

• Build & maintenance Design System, Adhere to >
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. identify user’s pain point)
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and app maps
• Planning and participating in ongoing usability testing and assessment.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Conduct user interface and experience adjustments based on user feedback.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (preferably in financial/digital technology company)
• Having Portfolio of design projects.
• Knowledge of Design System (e.g Google Material, Material UI, etc)
• Strong knowledge of Crypto, Web3 Ecosystem and Blockchain technologies
• Familiarity with vector-based image/illustration.
• Familiar with Figma, Adobe XD, and Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Protopie, Principle.
• Good Understanding of Design Process and usage of data.
• Cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS, Emails) with knowledge about platform advantages and limitations.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
