Sygnum Bank AG is hiring a Web3 VP, Asset Management Sales

We are looking for a VP, Asset Management Sales, to join our growing, high impact team in our office in Singapore.
Tasks
- Drive the sales of Sygnum’s suite of asset management products to accredited investors and high net worth investors
- Execute the sales strategies for our growing suite of products to meet aggressive net new money targets for asset management products
- Assist in tackling leads and guiding inbound prospects through our sales funnel from initiation to subscription
- Ability to respond to client queries on product structure, product performance and general market trends
- Provide trade execution services and post-trade client services for our asset management clients
- Optimize processes for sales, support and relationship management to ensure scalability of the business
- Communicate with broader asset management team on market demand and insights from client interactions
Requirements
- 5-8 years’ experience in sales and client-facing roles, preferably in traditional financial institutions or fintech sectors
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong knowledge and passion for the digital asset space with awareness of recent market developments
- Great communicator to explain innovative concepts in digital assets space such as DeFi, staking, yield farming etc
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills capable of interacting with accredited investors and high net-worth investors
- Conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability to tackle challenges in a systematic way
- Results-oriented and ambitions in achieving targets and striving to outperform expectations
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to independently source and close clients; Existing relevant network is a plus
