Metaintro is a venture-backed resume wallet for web3. The multi-chain custodial wallet holds proof-of-employment, proof-of-skill, and proof-of-education, replacing the PDF resume. Job seekers can access their wallet through a browser extension, which can then be used to interact with web3 job applications.Adjacent to the product, Metaintro also runs the largest Discord community dedicated to web3 jobs.

The right candidate is excited to join a fast-paced team, eager to learn, get scrappy, and is hungry to make an impact on a growing business and industry ripe for disruption. This position will report directly to our Founders and will be available remotely. This is a critical role that will help enable communication, collaboration, and strategy execution across the company and community.

In order to be considered for this position, you MUST be a web3 enthusiast.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Part-time Discord, Twitter, and overall community moderation.
• Develop and implement plans to execute and evolve product adoption.
• Influence key strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects to strengthen business operations and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate efforts to operationalize processes and best practices across the organization.
• Support the founders in building and maintaining a high functioning team and environment needed to meet growth targets.
• Assist the founder with prospecting and qualifying digital asset, cryptocurrency, and Web3 client opportunities
• Build relationships across the web3 ecosystem to facilitate conversations, drive alignment and build support.
• Drive accountability by organizing meeting agendas, discussion points, capturing action items and reporting status updates for the Head of Crypto & Web3.
• Works on special projects and initiatives as directed.
• Maintain a broad vision of the Web3 landscape and assist with development of both short and long-term opportunities for Metaintro’s strategy within the ecosystem.
• Participate in blockchain/crypto/web3/crypto-native industry groups, and attend conferences and events where needed and as appropriate.

Pay and benefits

• This is a fully remote, full-time (40 hour per week) position, and you can choose your own hours. All we ask is that you plan to overlap around ~4 hours per day with 9am-6pm PST.

• The salary for this position paid in your local currency. We'll do the currency conversion when you're hired and deal with any exchange fluctuation on our side.
• The position includes 4 weeks (20 days) of paid time off, plus 10 additional days for local national holidays. You're also free to take additional time off here and there as needed for any reasonable reason, like of course if you are sick, but also if you need the morning off to take your pet to the vet, or need an afternoon off to drive a loved one to the airport, whatever. At the end of the day all that matters to us is that we're making progress on what we're building together — we're not interested in tracking time.
