We are looking for a great communicator; someone who is self-motivated, can understand complex topics and explain them well via public notices and other owned communication channels. The ideal candidate is in tune with the cryptocurrency industry and passionate about delivering quality content to Binance users; you are versatile, a strong communicator and collaborator, and able to write and edit clear, concise copy on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily communications with our business units, product teams and departments to inform and educate users about Binance products and developments through the designated channel
• Review company-wide updates and notices to ensure simple, precise and accurate messaging; to reduce user enquiries, and engage with our communities
• Coordinate cross-functionally to respond to and process internal/external enquiries on relevant updates for the channel under management
• Work alongside with the lifecycle team in developing, creating and designing communications across channels, mainly email campaigns, in-mails and push notifications for different stages of the user journey

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in content writing, editing, proofreading and publishing
• Bachelor's degree or above in English, journalism, marketing or related fields
• Strong English writing and proofreading skills
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred to support wider APAC communication
• Strong communications, project management and organizational skills
• Action-driven, results-oriented, attentive to details and enthusiastic, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Comfortable working in a global environment
• Comfortable working in a rapidly-changing industry
• Background in traditional finance industry or the blockchain industry
• Understanding of and experience working with SEO, inbound marketing, email marketing and integrated marketing campaigns is a plus
