Responsibilities:

    • Develop a clear, simple, and verified MI dashboard for both the FCI and RFI teams, displaying key metrics such as case queue volumes, status, incoming volumes, and SLAs.
    • Eliminate redundant legacy dashboards and streamline existing reporting tools for improved clarity and efficiency.
    • Design and maintain internal FCI dashboards to support advanced technical data analysis.
    • Create ad-hoc dashboards tailored to specific projects or tasks, such as monitoring friction cases, remediation plans, and clearing historical cases.
    • Use data and analytics to support Financial Crime investigations and projects. 
    • Generate analytical dashboards to help recognise crime trends affecting certain regions or emerging crime types. 

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
    • An interest in using data and analysis to support financial crime investigation and compliance is highly desirable.
    • Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to be action-oriented and seek to meet high standards.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills.
