Responsibilities:

• ​​Drive product development for on-exchange trading, OTC trading and other trading products across prime services business 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to deliver best-in-class prime services solutions and products
• You will work daily with our design and engineering teams to develop new and improve existing platform features
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications
• Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and lead product launches
• Manage cross-functional and cross-department communication and coordination to ensure product quality and progress, and completion of product milestones

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of working experience in financial services / fintech / banking industry either at prime brokers, executing brokers, asset management or trading solutions providers
• Candidate with proven track record of successful delivering institutional front office trading systems/OEMS is desirable
• Knowledge of on-exchange/OTC electronic trading products, including algos, smart order routers, internalizers and darkpool
• Strong understanding of pre-trade, trade execution and post trade workflows
• Familiarity with Agile workflow and ability to work within an Agile environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related field
• Good collaboration and communication ability, fast learner and perseverance
• Knowledge of FIX / API trading products is a plus
