Your mission

As an Senior IT Development Engineer at Bitpanda your role will be to maintain the internal office network and infrastructure, take care of and develop our cloud technology stack with a focus on automation to make the life of you and our Pandas easy.

What you’ll do

• Management of our infrastructure and network for more than 600 employees all over Europe.
• Adding to and fine tuning our virtual environments, cloud systems and MDM environments.
• Writing automation scripts to eliminate manual tasks.
• Implementation of new cloud systems and integration with existing ones.
• Install and manage hardware (e.g. Google Meet) throughout our Vienna Hub, ensuring maximum uptime.
• Jump in as 2nd line tech help to tackle the difficult technical challenges with a huge focus on security and safety.

Who you are

• You’ve got a strong background in new modern cloud technologies (JumpCloud, AWS, Google Workspace, Lastpass, Atlassian etc.).
• Absolutely want to automate everything possible - from user account creation to the administration of our cloud infrastructure as a code.
• You're able to write scripts in PowerShell and/or Python.
• You love to help your colleagues with technical issues whether it be in Windows or macOS.
• You’re a coach & mentor and enjoy helping juniors and mid levels learn more about the IT Business space.
