As an Operations Analyst on the Asset Listings team, you will be responsible for the integrity and availability of all data produced by the Listings team. You will work with a range of internal stakeholders to ensure that systems and processes are correctly producing reliable data, and you will manage projects aimed at improving these systems and processes when errors or inefficiencies exist. You will also be tasked with modeling or analyzing datasets to produce insights, and you will share these insights with peers and leaders in order to inform decisions or strategic direction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage systems and processes that ensure accuracy, completeness, and availability of various datasets
  • Ownership of weekly operational tasks to ensure the asset listings program runs smoothly & efficiently
  • Responsible for general QA across multiple processes, such as ensuring core tools always have accurate data
  • Assist colleagues with internal documentation best practice awareness and adherence
  • Ongoing analysis of our workflows & tooling, suggesting improvements with data-backed solutions
  • Work collaboratively with our external-facing partner success team to scale asset issuer outreach and relationship management

What We Look For In You

  • 2+ years project management or related experience within the tech and/or startup industry
  • Solutions oriented with a curious & analytical mindset
  • Demonstrated data proficiency and quantitative analysis skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail - perfectionism is a desirable trait in this role
  • Self-starter that’s able to execute independently on assigned work and priorities
  • Excellent communicator who can work well in a group setting and is comfortable presenting to peers and senior leaders
  • Able to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Excited about unlocking the crypto economy
  • Proficient in Google Sheets (or Excel), with Salesforce and/or SQL experience a strong plus

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

$85,000—$100,000 USD
