Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee token market-making and exchange market-making operations, ensuring consistent performance and liquidity provisioning. Lead and mentor trading teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Define team goals, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Drive trading research initiatives to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies. Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to enhance trading models and infrastructure. Oversee daily trading operations, including risk management and performance monitoring.
Qualifications:
Total of more than 5 years in quantitative trading with minimum of 2 years of trading experience in the cryptocurrency space. Proven track record of success in high-frequency and market-making environments. Deep understanding of token market-making and exchange market-making business models. Familiarity with crypto market structure, trading platforms, and APIs. Demonstrated experience managing trading teams, including performance management, mentoring, and resource allocation. Strong decision-making skills under pressure. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
