What You’ll Do

The Legal Team is looking for a knowledgeable legal assistant who is ready to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company and wants to work along-side some really smart and funny people. If you have a passion for working with the legal team of a startup, and even better also have a passion for tech, this is the job for you! We are looking for someone to crush the following:

• Provide support to attorneys, including conducting legal research; filling out standard forms, assisting with documentation and logistics in preparation for travel and other tasks as needed
• Coordinate legal support for product releases, working closely with client teams across the company to understand release schedules and coordinate legal review and engagement
• Arrange and book meetings between in-house legal team and outside counsel teams
• Serve as point of contact for internal clients
• Assist with the creation and delivery of new legal programs and initiatives
• Assist with drafting and preparing correspondence and legal documents for attorney review
• Assist with preparing, processing, and execution of non-disclosure and other form agreements
• Assist with data, information and document management, data entry, docketing deadlines, record keeping, etc.
• Prepare summaries and reports, etc., as needed

What You’ll Need

• At least 5 years of legal assistant experience – in-house and/or at a law firm.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Legal Assistant experience.
• Ability to multi-task and optimally assess priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment with ability to work independently as well as a contributing member of a team.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• Passion and knowledge of web3, NFTs and crypto, a plus.
• Strong proficiency with internet research and navigation as well as with standard office tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
