What you’ll do 👀

• Build, support and monitor applications within our Corporate Services application portfolio.
• Work closely with our Security team to enforce security & patching policies.
• Responsible for Authentication services (Okta), Endpoint management(JAMF) and Collaboration Services (GSuite, Slack, Zoom).
• Maintain IT best practices and policies for the organisation.
• Support IT owned systems and maintain controls.
• Prepare and document standard operating procedures.
• Respond to and collaborate IT incident responses.
• Contribute to our overall approach and standards within the IT Operations discipline.
• Evangelise the adoption of new tools.
• Escalation point for members of the IT / Risk Organization.
• On Call Duties / Escalation path for IT Support Organization

You should apply if you have ✅

• 3+ years of JAMF, Okta & GSuite Administration or similar systems.
• Knowledgeable with Scripting (i.e. Bash, Python, Powershell).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think outside the box when complex problems arise.
• Ability to travel.
• Knowledgeable with the latest Zero Trust and Zero Touch methodologies.
• Self motivated and possess an eagerness to learn new technologies.

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge and experience of financial markets or banking.
• Adaptability to an ever-changing environment and the capability to articulate thorough analysis to stakeholders.
• Experience working in an environment where scalability is critical.
