In addition, you’ll partner with Consumer Services on front-line training materials and with Nike Direct Digital Operations (Global/Geo) to ensure compliance and streamline process (such as localization) as the .Swoosh platform expands.

Who you will work with

You'll report directly into the Director of Operations for Nike Virtual Studios, acting as the primary point of contact for Digital Operations. You’ll partner with NVS Digital Product, content authors, and Consumer Services on process improvement, training materials and day-to-day launch readiness tasks. You will also coordinate with NVS functional producers and/or Nike Direct Digital Ops to ensure workback timing and launch deliverables are aligned across varying workstreams.

What You Bring
