What you’ll do:

  • Manage the administration function and team of Local office and work closely with the head office
  • Draft and review company administrative standards and policies
  • Office wide maintenance, conference room management and decoration
  • Select, liaise and coordinate with service providers and suppliers/vendors; assist staff business travel matters when necessary
  • Maintain good relationships with various departments
  • Purchase, replenish office supplies and manage facility maintenance
  • Organize, execute, and assist with staff recreation activities and company events
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks/ projects assigned

The ideal candidate:

  • Higher diploma or degree holder with 5 years administrative working experience
  • Proactive with a can do attitude to work with different parties
  • Attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • A friendly and motivated team player
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a MUST, Chinese/Arabic is an advantage
  • Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office
