RECUR is a technology company that designs & develops dedicated branded experiences that allow fans to buy, collect, and re-sell digital products and collectibles (NFTs). RECUR is the only blockchain-agnostic NFT platform ultimately giving its brand partners the widest range of distribution and their fan bases the widest range of utility. RECUR also co-authored the recurring royalty standard for NFTs, allowing for creators, artists, athletes, and brands to participate in the secondary sales of their assets in perpetuity.

RECUR is seeking a Product Analyst to join its team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will support RECUR’s global user base, ensuring safety, compliance, and security on the platform as customers interact with some of the largest brands in the world entering the nascent and growing NFT space.

What you will do at RECUR

• Lead analytics projects focused on different parts of the business
• Help to create dashboards and identify data, metrics and analyses needed to determine product success and to protect RECUR customers and the RECUR ecosystem
• Work closely with Product Managers to develop insights and analyses that will help RECUR customers and the RECUR ecosystem
• Perform deep analyses and build models using Looker to understand customer behavior (engagement metrics, purchasing behavior, demographic insights etc.) and to monitor KPIs
• Work across multiple subject matter experts to drive new data initiatives and automation of reports
• Act as a strategic partner to functional teams, RECUR executives and a liaison between internal data and brand partnerships; initiate and execute on data-driven analyses to help prioritize opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
• Prototype new analytics & machine learning models that improve both our insights and the product directly
• Work across multiple subject matter experts to drive new data initiatives, automation of reports, establish best practices and mentor junior members in the team
• Work with the broader Data team to find ways to scale our insights through better systems and automation

What you bring to RECUR

• 4+ years relevant experience
• 2+ years of Looker experience
• Experience working with large datasets
• Excellent analytical skills; strong SQL, Excel and data visualization skills
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, ReTool or other business intelligence platforms.
• Experience building predictive models using Python, R, and other standard languages
• Outstanding analytical ability, communication, and presentation skills
• Expertise using data insights to drive business and operational goals
• Be able to independently create plans for analytics projects and build collaboration within the team
• An interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFTs
