Learning is a key part of this role. We work with almost every blockchain and in many different programming languages, some mainstream and some custom to the blockchain we are working on.

This position will be focused on: Task ManagementProject team organization Milestone and feature planning Documentation and process development

They will build and lead a production department, setting internal and external processes, as well as hiring, leading, and mentoring production staff. (Production is the same as Project Management) They will own Jira, Confluence, and other project management focused tools, as well as develop utilization modeling for staff, and analyses of project velocity. 

Department is a sub-dept of Product.

Summary As our Executive Producer you will be our chief motivator and organizer. You’ll work closely with our engineering group working on what will be a best in class platform, supporting developers in the NFT space. You’ll be supporting multiple teams with different specialities, and you’ll need to both connect with them and find ways to unblock and facilitate their progress. As a leader, you will have the opportunity to build out the Production department over time, as well as mentor and shape your staff into a confident, creative, and considerate team. You will be alert to opportunities, risks, challenges, and inefficiencies so that you can solve them quickly to keep the development group on track.

You will build and lead a team of production staff, you will participate in budgetary planning, feature priority planning, and you’ll be collaborating with team leaders, executive staff, and external development partners. You don’t need to know blockchain, or the NFT space, because you’ll learn that as you go.
