Infrastructure Service Management - SLAs, Vendors, Performance Tracking, and a bit of good ol' hands on work related to it. Join us to build the next generation Corporate Information Technology Support organization and have impact, influence business growth, and work with a great, global team. We are looking for some passionate and motivated team members to drive the newly-formed IT Services group.

The Infrastructure Service Management team mission is to optimize the value of our vendor and service management practice to ensure the very best value of our of external service partnerships. Do you have a deep curiosity for financial services, technology, cryptocurrencies, blockchain, NFTs or ICOs? Do you desire to work with a great team and company that really understands the value of Information Technology and its impact?

Tasks

  • Participate and lead small projects to optimise and leverage our servcie relationships and monitoring tools to validate and optimize our multi-vendor service relationships.
  • Integrate technical, vendor, and SaaS/IT service management solutions into the infrastructure and provide cost/performance optimized relationships.
  • Collaborate to support, monitor and improve corporate software infrastructure.
  • Collect and process requests from internal customers.
  • Active participation in projects such as security processes, establishment of workflow procedures etc..
  • Apply an ITIL v4 practice/mindset to the internal Corp IT Services organization.

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience with IT service management.
  • You are innovative, willing to learn, motivated, flexible and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.

  • You are motivated to work on your own, but you know that collaboration and communication will ensure your team will succeed. You are equally motivated by teamwork.
