Role - What you will be doing

You would be supporting the company leadership on key initiatives. This is a highly visible and complex role for hands-on general problem solvers who take ownership of multiple projects and deliver business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of various processes and structures. You will be:

• Driving important initiatives to achieve operational goals

• Building and optimising scalable processes to support the company's growth

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of a business unit

• Leading and executing key company initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders

Location: Bengaluru, India / Mumbai, India (in-office role)

Requirements

• MBA (or equivalent) degree from a top-tier university, with STEM or another highly quantitative undergrad degree.

• A track record of outstanding achievement in several different areas.

• Atleast 5 years of previous experience in top-tier investment banking/PE, strategy consulting, similar roles in fast growing technology company.

• Non-linear career with exposure to diverse problem statements and markets.

• Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
