As we build out the future of gaming and player ownership, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer.
This role at Mythical Games presents an opportunity for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take their career to the next level by joining the most exciting company at the intersection of Gaming, E-commerce, and Blockchain.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement automated systems to increase infrastructure reliability and security, as well as improve deployment efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability based on the idea of “infrastructure as code”;
- Work closely with Developers, QA, and DevOps teams to develop and maintain operational requirements and procedural documentation for deployment infrastructure.
Requirements and skills:
- 3+ years experience with Kubernetes and its ecosystem;
- 4+ years experience with Debian or ubuntu-like linux;
- 2+ years experience with Terraform (+Terragrunt);
- Experience running production systems over the cloud providers (GCP is preferable);
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like MySQL, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Redis (setup/tune/monitor);
- Experience with at least one of programming languages — Golang, Python etc.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like CircleCI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions etc.
- Hands-on experience working with HashiCorp Vault, Google KMS;
- Experience with message brokers RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.
- Skills in setup monitoring and alerting (Grafana/Prometheus stack is preferable).
Nice to have:
- Interest in game sphere;
- Interest in new technologies;
- Interest in R&D;
- Presentations at conferences;
- Experience in staff training;
- Participation in open source projects;
- Technical English.
