TL;DR: As a Field Marketing Manager, you will sit at the intersection of marketing and sales — owning the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, events, and activities that deliver measurable pipeline growth in key regions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including GTM, sales, product, and alliances to bring Impossible Cloud’s value to life in the field.

What you will do:

    • Own and execute regional field marketing plans aligned with sales and GTM priorities
    • Plan and deliver high-impact field programs including events, conferences, webinars, and local activations
    • Partner closely with sales teams to drive demand, pipeline growth, and deal acceleration
    • Manage end-to-end execution of field campaigns (planning, budget, vendors, assets, follow-up)
    • Track, analyse, and report on field marketing performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution
    • Act as the voice of the field, feeding regional insights back into central marketing and GTM strategy

What you bring to the table:

    • Proven experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing (SaaS/tech preferred)
    • Strong collaboration skills with sales and cross-functional GTM teams
    • Hands-on experience running events and regional campaigns end-to-end
    • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring pipeline impact and campaign performance
    • Excellent project management, communication, and organisational skills
    • Professional fluency in English and German.
