We are seeking a seasoned Executive Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that are critical to our strategic goals. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, executive presence, and program leadership to drive delivery excellence across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale, high-impact technology programs across multiple business units. Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to define program scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and manage detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets; track progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies. Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with SDLC best practices. Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing regular updates and strategic insights. Drive continuous improvement in program delivery through retrospectives, metrics, and stakeholder feedback. Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk, and audit standards. Provide expertise in various crypto technologies, leading Blockchain providers, Digital market data

Stay informed on Web3 trends, Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols, and regulatory developments impacting blockchain-based initiatives. Core/Must have skills 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or executive-facing role. Proven track record of delivering complex technology programs on time and within budget. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), enterprise architecture, and modern software development practices. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin), smart contracts, and token standards (I.e ERC-1400, ERC-3643). PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Good to have skills Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services. Experience with EVM-compatible chains and blockchain interoperability Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, and Power BI. Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive consensus in ambiguous environments.
