âď¸ The role
Weâre looking for an exceptional Group Product Manager (Consumer) to lead a rare, genuine 0-to-1 product journey, but working with millions of existing users.
Youâll define, execute and evangelise Rampâs Consumer strategy. While weâve helped millions of users on- and off-ramp with partners, weâve barely scratched the surface on our mission to become the default option to access crypto-enabled products.
Youâll partner closely across the business to bring our strategy to life, particularly with design, engineering, analytics, user research and compliance. Weâre looking for people who love to solve big, new, complex problems and who arenât afraid to lead in unchartered waters.
In practice, youâll be responsible for things like:
- Leasing and inspiring a high-performance Consumer product team
- Owning all user-facing experiences, including on- and off-ramp widgets. This involves:
- Identifying and executing high-impact enhancements to improve existing user conversion
- Designing and implementing new user flows from scratch
- Broadening our product offerings into new categories
- Empowering Customer Support with technology to deliver a superior user experience
- Establishing robust frameworks for decision-making and performance management
- Managing the entire product development lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, design, and marketing, including delivery time and ROI
Youâll come into an unusual combination of ambition, urgency, capital, warmth and belief - reporting to Ziad El Baba, Chief Product Officer, a huge champion for this role. So if youâre comfortable dreaming big, motivated by a winner-takes-most challenge and want to have one of the most critical roles in realising our vision, this could be your jam.
đ¤ You
Youâll have all or most of:
- 0-1 B2C product development expertise in an international setting: built and launched 0-1 B2C products, especially in regulated local and international markets. This includes customer research, design, prototyping, and iteration. A successful track record in consumer-facing applications is essential - this could include lending, saving, or trading, amongst others. Extra points if you have adapted products to multiple markets
- Strategic Vision: developed and articulated a clear, compelling vision and product strategy that has led to material business impact
- Execution: managed complex product lifecycles and delivered high-impact projects
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: show strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making, along with the capacity to solve complex problems by breaking them down into manageable actions. Must be adept at hypothesis testing, running experiments, and validating product ideas
- Management: desire and ability to lead and manage up to three direct reports effectively, creating a space where your team can do their very best work.
Outside of these hard skills, weâll look for the foundations of a brilliant leader at Ramp:
- Adapts quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- Builds trust and psychological safety;
- Brings little ego;
- Has extraordinary stamina;
- Is dependable;
- Is pragmatic; and
- has incisive, plain English communication
đŞ Whatâs in it for you?
đ° Salary: ÂŁ110k-ÂŁ135k base, with meaningful equity
đ¤ Benefits: Private Healthcare, Pension, Laptop
đź Location: ~3 days per week, in office
âď¸ Holiday: Unlimited paid holidays
đ Location: Old Street, London

- Final interview with Rampâs Chief Product Officer, covering product strategy, problem-solving and open questions that you may have
- Reference calls
If you have any questions, please contact Moises ([email protected]).
