We are seeking a talented Front End or Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating beautiful, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using modern web technologies. As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into functional web applications that meet business and user needs as well as being customer obsessed and directly contributing to the functionality and growth of our no-code tools for creators. At Mintplex Labs we are constantly building innovative tools for creators utilizing the blockchain to grow their community and brand.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create visually stunning and responsive user interfaces. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern web development languages and practices - mostly JavaScript. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards. Develop and maintain reusable code libraries and frameworks. Implement user-centric design principles to ensure the best possible user experience. Create and maintain documentation of front-end systems and processes. Continuously test and optimize front-end applications to ensure optimal performance and usability. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging web technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications: . At least 3 years of experience in front-end or full-stack development outside of side projects. Side projects, however, are a big plus. Proficient in the following languages and frameworks: Javascript, ReactJs and NodeJs. Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to create visually appealing interfaces. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. On the blockchain, things cannot be undone so through understand and forethought of decision is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others effectively. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus. An interest in or familiarity with Web 3 is a plus. Those with direct experience in Web3, NFTs, or other crypto-specific industries will be considered over others.
