Responsibilities:
- Full 360 local marketing execution: both online and offline: Events, Partnerships, CRM, Users Lifecycle, SEO & ASO
- Secure External Marketing Acquisition + Existing Users Retention
- Hyper Localization across Blogs, CRM, announcements to deliver cultural adoption
- Social Media channels management, Community Engagement with Binance Angels, KOLs Onboarding & Partnerships
- Manage local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI
- Deliver timely and clear reporting and accountability on campaign performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience (Web3, fintech, or agency background preferred)
- Proven track record in partnerships, campaign management, community building, or lifecycle marketing
- Previous experience working in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly desirable
- Native Romanian and fluent English language proficiency
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions
