Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery Support;
• Provide technical support for the CS team during the delivery of applications;
• Work to agreed project schedules;
• Ensure working and technically acceptable solutions are delivered;
• Provide support for the CS team relating to client software installations and subsequent pre live testing;
• Liaise, on a regular basis, with CS Project Manager and Application Analyst as to the progress of assignments;
• Prompt escalation of issues to Application Analyst in order to allow implementation of appropriate action and prevent internal escalation;
• Undertake an effective Handover of the application and system knowledge to other support functions. Identify key issues encountered during the delivery and actions taken;
• Provide support to the CS team during the initial period of live operation.
• Release management;
• Create and test software releases inline with procedures;
• Planning of activities to be undertaken in relation to a release;
• Resolve CS queries following a release;

• 1+ years of relevant experience;
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Impeccable attention to detail;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to be a self-starter, work under minimal supervision, and meet all goals within SLA;
• Self-motivated, attentive to detail and not afraid but excited from often changes;
• Multitasker, not afraid of a highly dynamic environment and constant change;
• Fast learner with an eye to synthesize details and connect the dots between complex data relationships;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Detail-oriented.
