What we're looking for

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Web3 organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, extensive CRM expertise with HubSpot, copywriting, email marketing, and data analysis skills. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our company through developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, utilizing HubSpot's CRM system, and analyzing campaign data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns using various channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing
• Use HubSpot's CRM system to manage and optimize leads, automate workflows, and improve overall performance
• Create compelling copy for email marketing campaigns, website content, social media, and other marketing materials
• Conduct data analysis to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
• Collaborate with the business development team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, CRM, and data analysis
  
  

Are you the right person for this role?

The ideal candidate for us has:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on CRM, copywriting, email marketing, and data analysis
• Expertise in HubSpot's CRM system and its various modules (Marketing, Sales, Service)
• Proficiency in copywriting and content creation for various channels, including email, social media, and website
• Experience in conducting data analysis and reporting
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus
