Job Purpose

• Manage tax accounting position for individual subsidiaries consolidated group and NL tax group;
• Manage all tax filings (CIT/ VAT / PAYE) for all subsidiaries, timely and methodologically;
• Manage and maintain a company’s tax database and tax calendar in global reporting platform;

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the tax compliance for all tax filings (CIT/ VAT / PAYE).
• Manage and maintain a company’s tax database and tax calendar in Tax Model.
• Prepare tax provisions, tax reports review tax returns, oversee tax payments.
• Prepare quarterly review of all transfer pricing adjustments.
• Prepare quarterly corporate income tax positions (current / deferred / expense + balances).
• Manage the tax files for the annual Group audit.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• University Degree (NL Tax Law).
• Solid Tax IFRS knowledge.
• Solid systems skills.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to see wider picture.
• Self-sufficient, with hands-on nature.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with different cultures and mind-sets.
• Appreciation to work in a global organization with employees in different time zones/regions.
• Flexibility, the need to be comfortable with ambiguity as the business grows and evolves.
