2. Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Create high-quality, engaging video content, including intros, outros, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, videos for X (formerly Twitter), and promotional materials.

• Creative Storytelling: Develop visually appealing and on-brand video narratives to captivate our audience.

• Content Optimization: Tailor video content to fit the requirements and best practices of each platform, ensuring maximum engagement.

• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the media manager and marketing team to align video content with overall strategies and campaigns.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest video and editing trends to keep our content fresh and competitive.

3. Requirements:

• Russian Language Proficiency: Russian at a good level is a MUST HAVE. Please include your Russian language proficiency level in the "Additional Info" section when applying.

• Video Editing Skills: Proven experience in video editing, including expertise in software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

• Creativity: Strong ability to create visually compelling and engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.

• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure top-quality production and seamless editing.

• Communication Skills: Basic written and verbal communication abilities in both Russian and English.

• Web3/Gaming Knowledge: Bonus points if you have experience with Web3 technologies, NFTs, or gaming communities.

• Platform Expertise: Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) video formats and audience preferences.
