XAEGIR is the premier Web3 on-ramp and gateway to the metaverse.

Our flagship product, Aevetar, features highly customizable and modular avatars with randomly generated traits. An Aevetar is a person’s identity in the metaverse; extensible for platform and purpose. It will be the foundation for continuously generated value and experiences - customers will realize new ways to use their Aevetar for social, gaming, and other metaverse experiences.

• Significant experience developing Solidity contracts and decentralized applications on the Ethereum blockchain or L2 networks

General responsibilities include:

• In a ever-evolving environment, keep internal and external information resources up to date.

• Utilize Agile methodology and communicate and coordinate tasks with teams
• Utilize team self-management tools to provide transparency on department direction, projects, and plans

Role-specific responsibilities include:

• Designing, hacking, testing, and deploying Solidity Contracts
• Work with DeFi
• Contribute to Architecture, Design, and Implementation of a Blockchain environment; including, but not limited to, the consensus layer, distributed ledger, and smart contracts layer
• Build rapid prototypes
• Take existing prototypes to production quality code to create new products and offerings
• Plan security and compliance across the entire blockchain network and apply cryptographic mechanisms such as hash functions and digital signatures
• Develop, test, monitor and maintain a blockchain network, with a focus on performance, distributed computing, consensus protocols, cryptography and other security measures
