The Role
- Join a growing business development team, focused on building strategic partnerships with the long term objective of onboarding millions of users to Ten (and Web3).
- Driving lead generation - identifying and qualifying fits - whilst executing on partnership development for those of high relevance to Ten.
- Engaging Web3 builders to understand their underlying motivation, and then transform this intel into a mutual benefit via Ten's solution.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align growth activities with Ten's overall goals.
- Remaining up-to-date with all Web3 verticals (DeFi, RWA, FOCG, iGaming, etc) and leveraging this to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Web3 industry.
- Representing Ten globally from key Ethereum conferences to other more niche events.

What You Should Bring
- 0-2 years of professional work experience - ideally within BD/Sales/Partnerships with exposure to Web3 (via a start-up, incubator, VC, etc).
- Ideally a deep understanding of the Web3 industry - knowledge of blockchain ecosystems and the dApp landscape.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit - understanding the long term needs of a business in a competitive space, with the ability to propose creative ideas and identify strong growth opportunities.
- Passion to learn - a curious mind that feeds on new information.
- Positive attitude - always maintain focus on the light at the end of the tunnel despite the situation.
- Pro-activity - Ten does not believe in micro-management, instead relying on your ability to work independently in a results-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (C1+).
