About the Role:
At Aspire, we divide our commercial team into 3: Business Development - Sales - Account Management.
Part of the BD team, you will be reporting to the BD startup Lead and your mission will be to drive the business acquisition from crypto/web3 clients across Indonesia.
What will you be doing?
- Hunt new clients within the crypto/web3 segment
- Perform prospecting activities such as emailing, Linkedin outreach, cold calling and networking
- Join all the events within your segment in Indonesia
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
- Drive referrals by your exceptional work
- Keep all records in our CRM
- Report to BD lead with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree OR at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Hunting new opportunities is in your blood
- Possess a track record of being a top producer in your previous companies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with a crypto/web3 company will be highly appreciated
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
